AVOCADO MASH


INGREDIENTS:


1/2 x avocado – halved

1/2 fresh lemon

pinch of fresh mint

Salt – pinch (optional)


METHOD:

  1. Place half an avocado in a medium size bowl and mash roughly with a fork.

  2. Add mint and a large squeeze of lemon juice,

  3. Mash until just combined.
