Breakfast | Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 large banana
2 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
METHOD:
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Break in 2 eggs and whisk.
Heat ghee in a fry pan.
Cook 1/4 cup of mixture at a time on med heat
Top with ricotta and blueberries (or fresh topping of your choice)
Yum!
