MBH MORNING OATS


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons of organic rolled oats or organic muesli

  • 6 x fresh raspberries or berries of your choice

  • 1 Level tablespoons of low sugar Greek yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon natural honey

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

METHOD:

  1. Spoon Oats or Muesli into a breakfast bowl

  2. Add all other ingredients and fold gently until oats are coated in yogurt

  3. Enjoy
