You will be exercising between 4 to 7 days per week at a level to suit your current fitness. You have the option of a START OUT, INTERMEDIATE, or EXPERIENCED Program. If it's been a long while since you last exercised to improve fitness, please ease into this exercise program slowly and safely.
START OUT PROGRAM: You will be doing 2 x strength training sessions per week and will walk 2 days per week for between 20 to 30 minutes, at a pace that elevates your heart rate.
If you feel as though you can walk at this pace for more than 1-2 days in a week, then feel free to do so. Start any day of the week.
INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM: You will be exercising most days - some fitness, some strength, and always finish with a stretch. You will use your own body weight for some exercises.
EXPERIENCED PROGRAM: Here I have added some equipment for strength training. There is variety in your workouts. Always ensure your core is switched on and you take rest days where allocated.
