Episode 3: "How To Release The Strangle Hold That Food Might Have On You"
Over time, you may have created a relationship around food. You've committed and allowed it to control you when food has no idea that it has a relationship with you. Release the food strangle hold from your thinking and beliefs. Don't allow food to become your focus when it's purpose is to fuel you, only eat when hungry and not when the clock tells you it's time, avoid allowing your blood sugars to drop and going past the point of hunger (about every 5 hours) as this leads to binging on high sugar or high carb foods. Don't use food as a reward and understand that you will not do without - you have an abundance of food available to you.
