Welcome to my blog. I'll be posting articles about Mind, Body & Health. Please feel free to share on social media.
I’m not a big fan of the traditional Valentine’s Day rituals. After all, do we need one day a year to seal our love toward another person?
For partners – there’s an expectation to book into an expensive restaurant, where the meal is tiny, and the sweet dessert leaves women feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with themselves for having too much food so late in the day.
Then there’s the women without a love partner to wine and dine them, who have to deal with their head talk reminding them that they are single.
With my husband travelling for work often, I do find myself alone on Valentines Day and you what…….., I’m perfectly fine with that. It is a day for retailers to create and make after-all 😊
So no matter if you are alone or with a loved one on Valentine’s Day, if you choose to stay home and would like to finish your evening meal with a healthy and tantalising dessert then I share with you a lovely recipe below with compliments of delicious.com.au. Enjoy!
